#44 Please add a default pkg-config file

Hello,

Currently we have no default pkg-config file for cryptopp. Therefore distros like Fedora or Debian have created their own pkg-config file.

Upstream should ship a .pc file for all distros.

For example:
http://pkgs.fedoraproject.org/cgit/cryptopp.git/tree/cryptopp.pc
