If the z22 is switched off while a memo is displayed
the z22 cannot be switched on anymore and a reset is
necessary.

It does not matter if the switch off was cause by
pressing the power button or by the power-safe timeout.

I am using version 4.11_beta_1 of CryptoPad, but
it was also happening with the 3.? version.
