I have had the same issue. Once left the palm alone for 10
minutes after trying to save an encrypted memo, and it
worked, but other times, I gave up after a half hour.

I also had the same issue. CryptoPad freezes on my Tungsten E2 as soon as a note is encrypted.
Had to do a reset and finally deleted the program.
Too bad. I used to use CryptoPad and really like it!
