#10 cleartext of encrypted data in RAM

Yesterday I made a RAM-Image for data recovering
purposes. I was very surprised to find encrypted data
of CryptoPad in cleartext.
I think it's a display-buffer or similar. In the
observed case it was only _one_ of my encrypted memos -
may be the last I used. (Password was not active 'cause
Palm was switched off since last use).
That means, that somebody who gains access to my Palm
can read RAM with pi-getram and read some of secure data!

In my fantasy I constructed a further scenario: Is all
data, encrypted with global password in cleartext in
RAM while searching and not cleared later?
