In MFNHashTypePlainOpenCL_DupMD5.cpp when flipping RELEASE_KERNEL to true code looks for MFNHashTypePlainOpenCL_DupMD5_source.h but the file does not exist.

I guess it's a CMake build issue. BTW I'm using Win7. I haven't tried on Linux.
