[Cryptofon-project] SIGINT13 - Update / Files upload

Hi everyone,

I was informed recently that the Cryptofon-Talk submission for SIGINT13
has been canceled.

Thereof, we should now focus on the project.


I'm going to upload all files to SourceForge now. If you would like to
register on SourceForge, it would be much easier to maintain the project.
