[CryptoAPI-devel] Documentation updates

Ok i updated the docs that i commited earlier this week.  The config
options now conform to the 70 character line limit.  I also made CAST5
work.. accidentally left out the variable last time(oops).  Plus various
other updates for cipher licenses and links.
I'm going to hack losetup to deal with block mode appendings instead of
just assuming cbc, so we'll be able to do:
losetup -e CIPHER-cbc|ecb
plus the other cipher modes i'm planning on implementing.  hvr, i promise
i won't mess with it till i read up on branching ;-).
