[CryptoAPI-devel] dfc / util-linux rpms

1.) the DFC cipher has been successfully verified against official test
vectors (on IA32 at least, I'll test on ppc asap)! (thanks to gisle for
sending them to me)

2.) so this leaves us w/ cipher-idea broken, and cipher-rc5
unverified...

3.) util-linux rh7.2 rpms for testing are available here:
http://www.ifs.tuwien.ac.at/~hvr/crypto/

they haven't got much testing yet... so if there's anyone w/ redhat
machines... please test them!
