...check out the all new crypto/ciphers/gen-cipher.h template header!

I've migrated all ciphers except rc5, idea and dfc... which brings me to
another topic _still_ unresolved :-/

...we need to verify rc5, idea and dfc implementations...!! ;-)

btw, the Config.help enhancements look nice... when can we get them in?
