CryptoAPI is currently parked in the Sourceforge cvs servers, located at
VA Linux in Fremont, California.

This subjects everyone who downloads cryptoapi to the United
Soviet State of Americas export law.

I do not think this is a problem though, since there is alot of
crypto on sourceforge currently.

I would however, like to know what hvr thinks of this.
