hey...

I'm toying w/ using the "Dual BSD/GPL" tag for ciphers which have a BSD 
w/o advertising clause license...

...seems to be a common practice in the linux kernel... any 
comments/ideas/suggestions?

...not (license)tainting the kernel ;)

...those insmod/modprobe warnings usually scare some users... and we don't 
want to scare poor users, do we? :)

the other reason is, that linux distribution makers want non-tainting 
modules as well, as they look like having less legal issues to look 
after...
