[Cryptix-users] stream decrypt signed file

I had posted a question earlier that I was having a problem with stream
decrypting.  I have been able to determine that the problem only occurs
when the file is 1020 bytes long.  Adding one byte or removing one byte
from the file allows the decryption to work. =20
