Probably, the original poster means "certification".  For libraries, 
there isn't so much formal proofs but certification under some programme 
or other like Common Criteria or FIPS.

The answer to this is "no" and it won't happen, nor is it recommended, 
for the safety and security of your users.

Probably a good idea, Cryptix has been unsupported for years, I think 
BouncyCastle is supported though.
