[Cryptix-users] Intermittent failure in decrypting a file

I have generated the key pair (1024-bit RSA key) using the KeyBundle API
and exported the public key to different users. The user imports the key
to their key server and encrypts files using pgp commands.  Sometimes I
can decrypt the files sometimes I can't with various exceptions listed
below:

1. cryptix.message.MessageException:
cryptix.openpgp.PGPFatalDataFormatException: Invalid packet type.

My environment:

Cryptix OpenPGP and JCE from year 2005

JDK 1.5 

Window XP and Solaris
