File src/c/test/smoke-test/xlink.ms2 has bad masses on both the S and Z lines, relative to the dta files from which it was originally created. The fragment mass and intensity values appear to match the original dta files.
xlink.ms2 has been replaced with a new version which has correct S and Z line masses.
