#425 Update txt-format table

The txt-format table is out of date -- it has a bunch of missing rows.

Attached is a patch that adds some of these in. Kaipo, can you review this? It also fixes a typo in one of the column names ("modfications" -> "modifications").

After checking in this patch, I will continue to work on fixing the table (e.g., there are two comments about incomplete descriptions, and I think the check marks are incomplete for some of the new rows.) I will also need to re-do the column shading so that it alternates.
