#364 Alternative output formats unavailable in conjunction with exact p-values

Here is the error message:

FATAL: Exact p-value with pin-output, pepxml-output, mzid-output or sqt-output file formats is not allowed yet in this version of Crux.

According to Alice, here's what needs to be done to fix this:

I think this would involve 1. ensuring
exact-p-value is working in the output_files (non-tsv) branch of code
in TideSearch, 2. creating a new variable in MatchCollection storing
exact-p-value, and 3. updating all the writers and readers to
interpret this new information. Steps 2 and 3 would still be required
if we only implemented conversion using psm-convert.

Kaipo, please let Alice and me know if you have pending changes that may impact this issue. We need to decide if this issue should be assigned to Alice or you.
