Generate just the start-end pairs for multipart dictionaries

When generating multipart dictionaries with either -b or -c, the ability to generate just the start-end pairs for scripting would be helpful, IMO.
It can be output either by stdout or as 0 sizes files. Maybe just adding a -z dummy/null compression could do it, I'm not familiar with the code, anyway.
What would be the easiest path? My C skills are a bit aged.
TIA.
I took the approach of adding a new 'empty' compression algorithm.
I know it isn't optimal to generate them first on disk but it was a failry easy approach for me. Also, I'm sure that working on a ramdisk will provide a good enough boost to be usable for me.
Seems to work by now. You can test it at https://bitbucket.org/amontero/crunch-wordlist
