#6 Query by Constraints needs work

Querying by constraints should allow for multiple
constraints to be placed on the query.

Currently, only one constraint can exist per query. In
the future, multiple constraints should be supported to
allow for greater flexibility in the results generated
from queries.

Most likely, the template _and_ configuration files
would need a syntax change to support this.
