#6 Flap and Spoiler simulation

The inclusion of flap and possibly spoiler functionality to CRRCSim
would improve the the simulation experience. The ability to
simulate 4 servo wing functionality on full house models with flaps
and ailerons responsive to TX mixing functionality - reflex, camber,
crow, alieron differential - would take the simualtion to a far higher
level of realism. Even basic flap and spoiler functions would be a
step in the right direction.

I feel that we can only provide separate spoiler/airbrake and flap functions.
