#3 Simulated winch start

Winch, controlled by the space bar, with stretchy line
just like the real thing. Bonus points for:

- drawing the line and parachute as it falls down
- wings flexing under the stress
- wings break off and flutter away if the pilot has too
heavy a finger/foot
- 5% chance of the loop not coming off the glider's hook
- showing the retriever.
