Hi,
on linux (CVS), when I exit crrcsim, there is always the 'Configuration has changed, save: {yes,no}'
dialog, even when nothing has really changed (e.g. also on just starting and quiting immediately)
On Windows that seems not to happen.
cheers

Hello,
does it actually save changes if you select "yes"? Did you ever save changes? On the first start, CRRCsim will always ask to save the configuration when you quit, because no configuration file existed. As long as you don't save at least once, the question will pop up again each and every time.
Where's your configuration file located? CRRCsim should print something like
"Configuration file is /home/jan/.crrcsim/crrcsim.xml"
to stdout. Does this file exist and is it writeable for your user?
Kind regards,
Jan R.

hi Jan,
well,
yeah on all of your question, yes or so.
What happends is that:
http://www.calmar.ws/tmp/crr.png (screenshot of vimdiff)
<zoom field_of_view="29.249012" autozoom="0" />
-----------
the zoom field changes whenever I enter and leave crrcsim and crrcsim obviously sees that as a change of the configuration and what's to save it.
it seems that value has always another value, whenever I enter and leave (autozoom is at 0 btw).
I can't really help further (unless you tell me how).
cheers and thx
