I'm using a Futaba 7C transmitter with a Mile High Wings v.4 USB interface, connected to a MacBook Pro running Mac OS X 10.4.10. I did the following:

1. Plugged in the interface
2. Selected Joystick and MHW as the control
3. Calibrated and centered all controls using high rates on the radio

The first flight seems fine, but after I crash and hit R to restart, about half the time the plane will dive right into the ground. It seems like the controls have lost their calibration. Or more accurately, they may have held the positions where I had the sticks when I reset.

Also strange, when I first launch the app, and I start moving the controls around, I can see them calibrating by watching the model's control surfaces. It's as if I'm in calibration mode all the time, even while flying! I think these issues may be related.

If I can provide more information, please email me.
