All the dates displayed by the submission site interface have the year occurring twice with an f appended to it. The format is also not conducive for good reading. Here is a copy paste from the site:

# Authors can view the reviews of their papers after Monday 02nd 2007f April 2007 06:00:00 PM and until Saturday 07th 2007f April 2007 09:59:00 AM
# Authors can respond to the reviews of their papers after Monday 02nd 2007f April 2007 06:00:00 PM and until Saturday 07th 2007f April 2007 09:59:00 AM
It is currently Thursday 15th 2007f February 2007 01:13:03 AM CET

This makes it really painful to read the dates in their current format. Apart from the <year>f that appears redundantly, is there any point displaying seconds?
Thanks.
