#7 Dates written out improperly
All the dates displayed by the submission site interface have the year occurring twice with an f appended to it. The format is also not conducive for good reading. Here is a copy paste from the site:

It is currently Thursday 15th 2007f February 2007 01:13:03 AM CET

This makes it really painful to read the dates in their current format. Apart from the <year>f that appears redundantly, is there any point displaying seconds?
