I've just gotten done using CRP as a PC member for
FAST'05. In several instances review requests never
made it to the intended recipients, nor did "nag"
requests. This led to some last-minute panic. Here are
three suggestions:

- Have the CRP collect and analyze bounce messages,
flagging requests with a "bounced" status to call
attention to the problem to the primary reviewer who
issued the invitation.

- When I enter an address of the form "Real Name
<username@example.com>", the CRP only displays the Real
Name in the "Asked" column; there's no way to go back
and verify whether an incorrect address may have been
entered. Always display the email address, as well.

- As a primary reviewer, I couldn't see whether a
secondary reviewer had downloaded the paper I asked him
or her to read. So I couldn't tell the difference
between a reviewer who had never seen my invitation
email and a reviewer who had seen it, downloaded it,
marked up his copy, and even typed up his review, but
simply hadn't pasted it into the web form.

Thanks!
