Crow's Maple Library

Right now the project is just one file, cl.mpl, which is assembled to the "compiled" form cl.mla and used in other Maple scripts, libraries, and sessions whose number I hope will grow in the future. It contains an assortment of definitions too specialized yet too generally useful to be detailed here and so I will revisit this description at a later time. In the meantime, examples should suffice.
