The very first version is now available to download. Just unzip it, run the sql file to set up the database and point your browser at the location. You do of course need a HTTP server with PHP installed and MySQL running. If you don't have access to a server or don't know how to install one on your pc; it might surprise you to learn that its easier to set up than you might think. Have a look at www.apache.org.

This is a newly registered project, so there are no file releases at present. I am preparing the first file release at the moment, which I expect to be a little rough around the edges. Improvements will come in later releases. Check back soon ti see the latest news for this project.
