#8 provide help files

Provide access to a minimal help file, either
downloaded or online that explain the interface. For
example, where there are groups with checkboxes on the
side (my first time posting with it, I did NOT want it
to go to all my newsgroups, just my accounts), and I
wasn't absolutely certain that if I didn't check the
account, it wouldn't still go there.
