IMO - No need to hold back taking graphics and submitting it to Daimoni/Ang=
elion/whatever.  The purpose of the project is to be a source for rotated g=
raphics.=20

You had mentioned that you had re-colored a horse.  If it is still in AH fo=
rmat, add it back in :)

  The arches that is.  So here is what my thought process is on these. =20

  I submitted the arch file and the single frame images for these mobs to t=
he ma...@da... addy for two reasons.=20
    First, the actual graphics, (which would be the focus of the Crossmagi =
project,) have not been put in the proper 'Animation Helper' format, with t=
he exception of the pirate that I have already submitted, and the horse, th=
ough altered in color from the set sent to the previously mentioned addy.  =
The set of mob animations that I sent to MT is only two facings for evey mo=
b except the horse.
    Second, and perhaps most importantly, I sent the arches because the map=
s I recently commited to the SVN require these arches to function properly.=
  (For example, a ship captain npc actually 'sails' you from my lobby to th=
e shores near Atrillia.  No arch, no captain, no voyage....)

    That said, I want all to understand.  I have no problem with holding ba=
ck on releasing the mobs until a larger update can be prepared including so=
me of the marvelous work done by this team.  I am absolutely on the team, a=
nd will submit to whatever decisions are made by the lead developers on thi=
s project.  (Most of the non-functionality of my recently submitted mapset =
can be resolved by simply using existing arches and making slight adjustmen=
ts here and there.)

    So, my apologies for any confusion I may have had on this, and please i=
