<server-grace.patch makes it possible to have grace in any rings and amulets. But it also equalizes the bonus value for hp (hp regen) , sp (sp regen) , exp (actually speed) as well as their cost. Increases dam for rings with this bonus, since it is very small and of absolutely no value to the player at all.
Judging by the weapon enchantment, 1 wc is worth 4 dam, since there is an "Enchant Weapon" scroll that actually adds +1 wc and +1 dam and there is an "Improve Weapon Damage" that actually adds +5 dam and +0 wc. The increasing weight of the weapon does not interfere with the player, it only prevents the use of heavy weapons in large quantities for throwing.
Judging by the leveling of melee skills, 1 wc costs between 2 and 2.5 dam on average, so the rings will come in very handy for those who fight hand to hand and do not use weapons.
However, judging by the weapons that can be found in the world, wc costs much more than dam, since, for example, Chaos Sword simply adds 100 dam and 0 wc.
Based on this I assumed that 4 dam is equivalent to 1 wc for rings.
So , server-grace.patch is not only about grace in rings and amulets , but also about random ring bonus at all.

I corrected the patch for server, left only the main thing, updated to today's version (noticed that since then you switched from C to C++), prepared the patch using the git format-patch command.
