#396 (includes patch 395) Add cloth gloves and rebalance gauntlet arches

This patch adds a new type of gauntlets, and shifts other gauntlets up slightly to make room for it. It also tweaks a few other values, like weight.

Thanks to issues with TortoiseSVN, this incorporates patch 395. I could probably re-engineer it to be either sequential to that patch, or independent, but it would take some work.

I added the SVG as MIME type image/svg+xml. Not sure if that's right, I suppose it can be changed to a text type before committing, if one desires.
