#385 "take" and "drop" reworking

Hello.

Here's a rewrite and improvement of "take" and "drop":

• possibility to specify "get *melee" to get only melee items. Same values as "pickup"
• possibility to specify "get #1" to get the first item

Help texts have been updated (as well as French version of "pickup").

Unit tests have been added for some cases.
