#373 Class/race cleanup: fenx, mage, alchemist

These patches fix some minor issues:

• fenx incorrectly had some abilities from elf
• mage is an exact duplicate of warlock
• alchemist was given a sorcery talisman and was thus unable to cast alchemy, a summoning spell

They can be applied in any order but the changelog diffs assume they will be applied in the order given by their filenames; if applied in a different order you may need to do some conflict resolution on the changelog.
