[CF-maps] Thaumaturgy shop in Navar

Hello.

A player just pointed out that, in Navar's thamaturgy shop ( 
/navar_city/misc/thamshop ), you can buy talismans for 30 platinum and 
sell'em for 54. He claims to collect 1 million plat in half an hour.

Guess we'll need to fix the price, he :)

Asking anyway, in case there's a good reason - but can't think of one.
