#63 Client side dialogs + menu used by server side scripts

I would like to be able to present users with forms
(with multiple fields) from scripts. Additionaly, I
would also like to see a menu in the client, that can
have arbritary items added to it by the server, and
possibly client side scripts.

Bolth of these would allow implimenting new features on
a server (like the invite and follow command on one of
the public servers), that are easy for players to find
and use.
