#298 Support Rich Text Format in GTKv2 race & character selection window

At the moment, the race and selection dialog windows in the GTKv2 Client does not support Rich Text Formatting.

It would be helpful from a reading clarity standpoint if it would. Based on IRC/Discord discussion, those involved think it would help especially for new players.

Enclosed is a screen shot showing when a portion of the Wrath Player skills subscription tried to use bold print, and it did not work.
