With mining and fishing, players can get unlimited items just by staying on a spot and using the skill tool.

There should be some depletion of resources, or some limit on how much can be harvested.

iirc there is a tag which should do this but when I attempted to apply it there was no effect, might be a bug. Can describe further in irc or here if you need.
