#240 Make the 'remove curse' prayer also target non-equipped items

The 'remove curse' prayer can be learned at the 16th praying level, at which point most cults will be able to uncurse your items, even those that aren't equipped, which are the only items that the prayer can reach. This makes the prayer only useful for people who worship a cult like Devourers, that doesn't uncurse items.
I suggest changing the spell to one similar to a spell of identify, that targets all items in the inventory (unlike the original 'remove curse' prayer) and uncurses many items at once, but not absolutely all of them (unlike what cults do). Be sure to leave the frivolous grace requirements intact.
