#948 Examining a readable item provides all the item information but when applying the same item it fails

When trying to read some books in the scorn library (or in my inventory) I get a message indicating the book is beyond my comprehension.

However, I can examine the book (or examine twice for more information) and see the book text, recipe, etc. This examine command will also identify the item.

My level is 8, my literacy skill is 8.
