It looks like any wide door opens one door at a time , no matter how it can be opened : with lockpicks or with a special key. The worst case if you buy an apartament extender and it breaks the only one tile of wall instead of the entire wall.

By the way , in random dungeons , sometimes the other doors need keys. It's especially annoying when in random dungeons you find a chest surrounded by doors that require special keys : each door has its own key. I always thought that one key would be enough , but sometimes they can be found up to several dozen on the same level. It is weird and it shouldn't be the way it is now. The worst case is if the path is small corridor and the only key is on the other side. And this still happens. Thank Wojtek for the information.
I suspect the door bug is linked to an active list regression that was fixed a few days ago.
Can you confirm that on maps, not on unique maps though, this issue doesn't appear anymore?
For the extender, you probably need help from a DM to fix, since it's a unique map.
