#798 (Invidious) Balms of return home from nobility quests stop working after relog

When a scorn nobility quest is started, 3 balms of return home are given. They work fine, until a bed to reality is applied, after which the balms do nothing.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Accept a nobility quest, obtaining 3 balms of return home
2. Apply the balm, to see that the balm works
3. Apply a bed to reality and relog
4. Apply the balm

If this is intentional, then a warning should be given by the quest giver that the balms will stop working.
