Major update to the Sybase implementation and lots of small fixes and updates to other things.

New sapdb implementation

Too many improvements to name, but checkout from CVS instead of downloading the latest release.

Fixes many issues, all packaged up, and ready for use. Try it out and give feedback.

Just moved everythign over to sourceforge. Look in CVSROOT/src/ directory.
