[Crossdb-developers] returnID bug for Hsqldb

Hello, I am starting to use crossdb and looks like a very nice library.

I noticed that the returnID for auto-increment is incorrectly implemented
for HsqldbInsertQuery.java (it attempts to use the MySql syntax instead of
the Hsqldb syntax, resulting in a SQLException). Attached is a patch that
fixes the problem.

Also, if you have a preferred method for submitting patches, please let me
know. Thanks.
