#1 Autocomplete textboxes

The program already contains code to support autocompletion of some text boxes (see the crop name in the CropPlans list view). This support should be extended to all text boxes in the detail view that will have free-form text entry.

Examples: Crop Name, Var. Name, Keywords, Groups, Family Name, etc.

This will improve the user experience by easing the task of data entry. It will also reduce the amount of inconsistent entries.
