[Cronw-devel] running cron service

Hello,
    upon trying to run the cron service, in return I get as follows:
 

C:\CRONw>net start CRON
The service is not responding to the control function.
 
More help is available by typing NET HELPMSG 2186.
 

C:\CRONw>perl cronservice.pl
no crontab defined! at cronservice.pl line 410.
 
Please help with this issue!
