[Cronw-devel] Cant start Cron Service under Windows SBS2008 and IIS-manager

Hello Dear Cron Users, Iam trying to set-up a Cronjob for my Company's OTRS. We want a job which automatically calls the mails every 15 minutes into the OTRS Ticket System. My boss has already started setting up the service and OTRS is running fine, but everytime when we try to start the CronService I get Error Messages. I think something needs to be configured in the crontab file, perl, or the IIS-Manager. My log file says that Rule.pm cannot be found. Sorry for the chaotic description, but am a beginner in such things.
