#15 Cannot start Cron service on WinXP

Hi

My config:
Win XP SP3
ActivePerl v5.20.2

I installed Cronw 2.0 successfully.
I set up the service also.
But I am not able to start the service. I can see the CronW entry in the service manager, but when i try to start it, I get an error:

Could not start the Cron service on local computer.
Error 1053: The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion.

---

So, I took the command line from the service and tried on a command prompt.

C:\perl\bin\perl.exe "T:\CRONw\cronService.pl" --crontab="T:\CRONw\crontab"

But it just returns without any message. And even the service is not running.
The T:\CRONw\crontab file does exist.

What am I doing wrong here?
