My gf and I are using Cronometer to track our fitness progress. She is
running it on Windows and I am running it on Linux.
Cronometer rocks. Its outstanding. We both enter our foods every day.
We are entering our weight, %body fat, lean muscle mass, etc. using a
modified biomarker setup.
The graphs with the "n" days averaging are great.
Its a really well thought out and implemented program. Kudos to the
developers.
