have downloaded your version 9.6 and it install fine but version 9.7 does not extract (get error message) Also alhtough there is a checkbox on opening screen of version9.6 that checks for updates....my verion (9.6) is not updated with current 9.7 version...thanks looks like great product...can't wait to use.
