#4 plotting time series

embedding the time series in the RDAHMM station map is very awkward. A good solution would be to just open up a new window when a station is clicked on that shows the time series. Does GPS explorer with Scripps or somewhere else plot those as time series already? If so, then opening up a new window that accesses that utility would be good. Also, by opening up the time series interface within the map it is necessary to keep panning back and forth on the map.
